  •    People  keep on working harder and harder day by day. Monotonous nature of working hours together with a toiling job  will lead to heavy mental stress and strain ,both to the body and mind. It can be  cured very easily and one  can go on working cheerfully and happily. 
  • Those who are prone to  deep seated jobs can eat items that control tension. If you can eat 2 bananas both in the morning and night ,it  will increase 'tryptopen' an amino acid that will give  an insta pep  to the mind and body.  Bananas also increse 'cherotone' that  strengthens the mind and makes the mind act quickly. 
  • Many sports men  have  the habit of taking  plenty of bananas.  Drinking of green apple juice frequently  will also keep  mind and body healthy. Sportsmen  use it widely.
  •  Constant thinking and worries of the mind could be reduced by taking some walnuts and almond. People should take each of this roughly 5 to 6 pieces a day. This will bring cheer and rejoice to the mind .It contains manganese, coppor, vitamine e, vitamine b12 and drives away  mental stress with great efficiency. 
  • The harmones that create the mental stress and strain could be relieved by including folic acid. This is available in 'aswargus' and its stem and can be taken frequently. 
  • If we take bracoli (green caulifloewer) soup seperately or mixed as curry it  will also give good effect and increase mental strength. 
  • To make the morning time very active we require one cup of milk in the morning and one cup of milk during nights.
  • Taking milk 2 to 3 times   a day will increase cherotenin which largely prevents  strain.  If one wants to be mentally strong and cheerful he should  follow the  above  practices.
