  • Now a days there seems to be a great awarnes to  learn and practice martial arts. . Practicing martial art requires diet control and proper healthy food habits .The awareness is more among children and youngsters than elders .children and ladies also have started practicing it as a self defence. 
  •  There are a lot of karate associatons like Budokai, Dubokai ,Kochinryeo and Shorindrio.  They are coaching some of the karate features like Judo, Hakaido and Tekwando . Many youngsters are increasingly learmning it  for personality and for  occupations  like police or security jobs. 
  •  Karate kids have to maintain nourished foods in the form of fruits, vegetables and some energy drinks or  sports drinks to suit the body. 
  •  Children of karate should also  do a  little yoga and  take natural foods . They should take green apple juice and corn soup to increase strength.   It could be taken 3 to 4 times a day . They should eat chenna frequently. . It will develop strong muscles to perpare for  karate fight.  Black berry and blue berry juices can also be taken frequently.  
  •  These fruit juices will help  faster movements of the hands,  limbs and thighs to increase karate strokes. .  Aloe vera and amla will give the energy for  breaking the tiles and bricks in single strokes,
  •  Sweet potato ,french fry and fried tapiaco chips will make the skin  surfaces to act like a blade.   The hitting bottom of legs and palm of hands will become rough and hard.
  •  Soya malt, rajma and red plantains will create enough protien ,coppor and iron for the body structure.  The regular intake of  1-2  tea spoons of wheat oil and mustard oil could help make to  swift strokes in hakaido and teakwando karates
  • The herbs ginseng and alfafa will produce necessaary heat to make vital organs very active.
  •  Children before starting  practice should take carrot juice and beat root juices to produce fuel and carbo hadrates . Energy drinks like red bull , red grapes and some mineral waters  increase energy  for practicing  uninterrupdly.
  •   The tiredness of the kids during practice could be relieved quickly by drinking herbal water and nimboose .
  •  Almond, walnuts and olive fruits could be taken here and there to retain the lost strength and also eat onion peels with palm candy .
  •  Karate kids are not born as karate  kids, but made as a karate kids by injecting healthy food and diet suppliments
