  • When the blood is deficient or low in red blood cells it leads to anemia.
  • Bone marrows need lot of iron supply to increase red blood cells.Liver function should be strengthened.
  • Low calorie food,low supply of iron,B12 and folic acid cause anemia.
  • After attack of infectious fevers like typhoid,jaundice anemia results.
  • To recover from this anemic condition green leaves like vendhiya keerai,ponnangani keerai,siru keerai can be taken with every meals.
  • Lot of water has to be taken.
  • Green vegetables like beetroot,carrot,soya are good.
  • Honey,dates,fig,walnut,pista,tomatto juice supply iron.
  • Citrous fruits like grapes,cherry,strawberry,roseberry increse hemoglobin.
  • Pomegrnate juice is effective in generation of blood.
  • With the above tips anemia can be overcome.
