- Many people are getting the trouble of not passing motion freely.This condition is called 'constipation'.Such people do not have the habit of going for toilet.Bowels get irritated.
- This happens mainly due to irregular food habits.Going on eating pungent snacks,chips,lot of fatty foods,creams,eating meals several times in a day etc cause constipation.
- Fruits of different types like plantain,dates,gova,pappaya,dried grapes 10 pieces,fig fruits given with hot milk can be effective.Green leaves of siru keerai,arai keerai are useful.Isabgol powder 2to3 spoons stirred with hot water can be taken.
- Pepper and jeeragam powder in water can give relief.Kadukkai lehyam proves to be effective and it should be given until the feeling passing of motion sets in.
- Pulpy orange juice 2-3 times a day can be taken.
- With the help of the some of the remedies given above constipation can be releived.
