• Many people are working in extreme hot or extreme cold atmosphere.So their skin becomes dirty,rough,black colourd with blemishes.
• People working in non-ac rooms are bound to get complexion problems.The atmosphere is so hot that the skin can not tolerate the hot elements.
• Fairness and beauty depend on how much we use skin creams,soaps and special bathings.Lot of fairness creams and oils should be applied before taking bath.
• If you take saffron pulp,almond and jadikkai paste stirred in milk regularly twice a day it will give completely good complexion.
• Tomatto,pappaya and mango juices taken frequently will give white colour.Dates,Fig and rose flower petals dipped in honey (Gulkandhu) will give beauty.
• Walnut and almond nuts powdered ,stirred in milk and taken can give a highly shining complexion.
• Cucumber,sandal wood and aloe mixed as paste should be applied before bathing.
• Any of the above tips used regularly will give improved fairness and beauty.
