  •   Many of our youngsters feel sick and nervous while appearing for an examination. Due to diversity of responsibilities in different areas  they are unable to concentrate on studies.It is not that they have no ideas about the subject of examination but it is a curse or ill fate of the pupil .
  • While their examination is nearing they  have some sort of fear and nervousness.It  affects lower class pupil more than the higher class pupil .They will have anxiety and tension while they are writing examination.It is very unfortunate that their exam funk will pull down their performance.
  • We have got some herbal medicines to cure exam funk which threatens school children very severely.Orange juice, seetha fruit juice should be given 3 to 4 times 1 or 2 days before the exam.
  • Pineapple juice , lemon juice mixed in honey can be taken frequently 4 or 5 days before the exam.The vegetable ladies finger ,drum stick and vilaabazham should be given some days in advance.The presence of vitamins A and D are mainly responsible for curing exam funk.These can be acquired by eating gouyava ,dates, and peach fruits in advance.
  • We should make  powders of thulasi ,karuveppilai and pepper in large quantities.It could be taken frequently and as long as the fear gets releived. 
  • These types of medical therapies when done well in advance , can help each and every child  write and pass the examination without tension.

  • In our body, the Organ that keeps on working continuosly next to heart is the brain or mind. So,it is important that one's mind should be strengthened We should always take care of the brain which is so sensitive .It should be given top priority.
  • It is the  origin of many diseases.Now a days in the medical world the priority clinical check up is only the mind.In order to give treatment and medicine the study of mind is much more important.A seperate branch of medical treatment is  available for people and they are called as psychiatric treatments.There are many herbs available for this as usual.
  • There is one part of the brain called "Hippocampus" for strengthening the mind.This is available to the brain to secrete minerals magnesium,which is essential for the brain.This mineral is available in cabbage,cauliflower,and mushroom.
  • Groceries,grains, and corn flakes meals and oat meals are providing essentials to the brain.Mostly vegetables and fruits will increase HDL and Omega-3 and help to develop strong mind .The essential folic acid is available in fruits like sappotta ,lemon,and pulse vendhiyam.
  • They are also available in plenty in Green and Leafy vegetables pudhina,kothamalli,vallarai. They contain lot of folic acid
  •  Of all the Vegetables carrot has umpteen number of minerals and vitamines ie A,B,C,D,E ad K and certainly they will develop strong mind.
  • Grape juice, tomatto juice will also increase blood circulation to the brain.Fruits like pomegranate,pine apple and aloe taken in the morning and evening will make a strong willed person.
  • Mr Jim corbet describes in his book " your  miraculous brain"   that green leaves and green vegetables secrets more vitamin E and K.We can multiply strong minded people if these medications are followed.

  •     In the growing modern world, many people are affected by some sort of mental irritation or mental stress very frequently. This  tendency may also be called nervouseness . They become mentally inactive.
  • People affected by nervousness are unable to do even simple jobs.  They are oversensitive to high sound or continuous  noise. This  makes them to get upset easily, weak and feel disabled.
  • The entire medical world is planning to implement some type of  special treatments  for nervous people.They are  planning in massive way give  some mental exersises like yoga ,meditation and finally psychiatric treatments.Such methods  will give better results  in the early mornings and evenings .
  • By and large people can  also get  treated with  fruits and vegetables .Such methods  are showing good prospects.We should take lot of vegetables and green leaves as curry for meals.The powders of grains of raagi, corn ,kambu,kelvargu and mushrooms are good.
  • If we neglect nourished foods then we may  land in the disease 'vernicious anemia' .This  attacks  blood.The disease Alzhemiar's Disease may also set in.This attack  will make one  absent minded frequently.
  • The leaves vendhiyakeerai ,ponnaaganni keerai,araikeerai, sirukeerai are good nutrients.
  • Frequently one should take cup of tea dipped with powders of lavanga pattai and jaadhikkai .Fruits like dates ,fig ,grapes ,suppotta , jack fuit are also good. By taking some of the medications nervousness will disappear.
