GAS TROUBLE

  • Normally plain gas discharges about 15 times per day,1-1 1/2 oz each time. Gas contains oxygen,hydrogen,carbon dioxide and nitrogen.Smell arise due to bacteria from large intestines.
  • Gas occures when we eat rich oily food.When excessive gas is released in stomach flatulance will be created.
  • If we follow some dietary habits or systematic food this can be avoided.We should not take spicy or oily food that leads to gas formation.
  • Taking yogurt will kill the bacteria in the stomach.Arugampul juice and pulpy orange juice will reduce gas problem.
  • Thiripaladhi churnam and sukku water taken frequently reduce gas formation.We should take lot of water, 8 to 10 times  per day.
  • Ginger,sukku and kadukkai juice will releive gas trouble.
  • The vital enzyme lactose secreting in the stomach can be increased. Lyche juice reduces gas trouble.Vegetable salad made of carrot,cucumber,onion and tomatto  is good.
  • We should eat food by grinding well in the teeth.Taking pudhina leaves reduces gas
