- The person should take plenty of cocunut water and palm cola in frequent intervals.It should be taken with little salt.Diluted lemon juice mixed with jeeragam and honey frequently could give better relief. Buttermilk mixed with asafotieda will be powerful.
- After each meal and frequently also orange juice pumpkin and water melon can also be given.Buttermilk mixed with karuveppilai and pudhinhara powders give good relief.
- Insta-pep powders made out of fruit juices can be hadfor tiredness.Sweet palm crystals can also be had frequently.Even some of the above Therapies can wipe-out dehydration problems and make one feel very brisk and lively.
