- Many a people suffer due to over-weight. This complaint is increasing day by day.
- Though it may not be a problem by itself it willlead to organic troubles like heart strain,sugar and B.P. If the weight increases the above complaints also increase.
- Some people even though they take very limited diet may have over weight problems.Heriditary factors are also there.Over weight can lead to disqualification in interviews.
- Such people have to cut short rice and increase wheat products and oats.
- Juices of grapes,lych,tomatto,apple,pine apple, water melon ,pomogrenate ,sapota can be taken often instead of solid food. Juices of green leaves sirukeerai,ponnaaanganni and karpooravalli can be taken. Plumpkin and pumpkin are also useful.
- Honey mixed with hot pine apple or lemon juice can be taken in the early mornings.Ginger and amla juices are also good.Yogurt,palm cola, oats and dates are useful to reduce weight.

- There are two types of urine stones that affect the human body.The first one is urine bladder stones.The secondone is kidney stones.
- Kidney stones strikes more than a million people every year.All due to irregular or abnormal surroundings irrespective of young or old. High quantity of salt in food will lead to stone formation.
- Stones can cause severe pain in the stomach. 'Stone' is nothing but small solid salt like calcium formation in the urine bladder or kidney,They will very painful whilepassing urine.It may also be called 'colic'. This makes people disabled.
- The patient should take plenty of barly water,about 7 to 8 times per day.Lot of turnip vegetables,stem of plantain tree,lemon,water melon,coconut water,palm cola water etc. should be taken
- Cucumber,pappaya fruits,poosani,surakkai,amla,dharboosh are good.
- Arakkeerai,sirukeerai and manthakali keerai are good in the long run.
- The above said vegetables,fruits,juices and green leeves taken regularly dilute the stone salts in the bladder or kidney in the long run and give relief from painful urination.

- Normally plain gas discharges about 15 times per day,1-1 1/2 oz each time. Gas contains oxygen,hydrogen,carbon dioxide and nitrogen.Smell arise due to bacteria from large intestines.
- Gas occures when we eat rich oily food.When excessive gas is released in stomach flatulance will be created.
- If we follow some dietary habits or systematic food this can be avoided.We should not take spicy or oily food that leads to gas formation.
- Taking yogurt will kill the bacteria in the stomach.Arugampul juice and pulpy orange juice will reduce gas problem.
- Thiripaladhi churnam and sukku water taken frequently reduce gas formation.We should take lot of water, 8 to 10 times per day.
- Ginger,sukku and kadukkai juice will releive gas trouble.
- The vital enzyme lactose secreting in the stomach can be increased. Lyche juice reduces gas trouble.Vegetable salad made of carrot,cucumber,onion and tomatto is good.
- We should eat food by grinding well in the teeth.Taking pudhina leaves reduces gas
