- Influenza is a type of sickness with fever and pain all over the body with or without cold trouble.This is also called 'flue' .It is a state of dullness to normal person.People affected by flue will be unable to do any kind of work. They will have a tendency to be simply lying in bed
- People affected by this are advised to take natural vitamin c. Vitamin C is largly available in ornge and apple juice.These should be taken frequently. Lemon and amla which are savourites contain citric acid. This can reduce fever.It is a very good anti- oxidant. When taken with a spoon of honey it kills viruses causing influenza very quickly .
- Citric acid present in orange, lemon and tomatto increase alcholaine. This substance is necessary in changing the chemical reaction for reducing fever and other complaints. It is advised to mix honey in hot form of juice. People with influenza will sometimes have swelling and pain all over the body. The grocery barley acts strongly in fighting swelling of influenza. It purifies the secretions and cleanses stomach. It makes people to eat food with eager.
- The widely available green acropolis given in hot water will reduce thirst and also act as 'acromysin' a thereby arresting fever immediatly. It increases urination and makes it clear.

- Apricot can be taken in juicy form. Given with honey 3 to 4 times it will also control fever and reduces thirstiness. If one feels feverish in the morning simply taking apple juice will help.Taking 2 to 3 times turmeric powder mixed in hot milk could also help.Taken both in the morning and night the intensity of fever could be combated thoroughly.
