  • Now a days there seems to be a great awarnes to  learn and practice martial arts. . Practicing martial art requires diet control and proper healthy food habits .The awareness is more among children and youngsters than elders .children and ladies also have started practicing it as a self defence. 
  •  There are a lot of karate associatons like Budokai, Dubokai ,Kochinryeo and Shorindrio.  They are coaching some of the karate features like Judo, Hakaido and Tekwando . Many youngsters are increasingly learmning it  for personality and for  occupations  like police or security jobs. 
  •  Karate kids have to maintain nourished foods in the form of fruits, vegetables and some energy drinks or  sports drinks to suit the body. 
  •  Children of karate should also  do a  little yoga and  take natural foods . They should take green apple juice and corn soup to increase strength.   It could be taken 3 to 4 times a day . They should eat chenna frequently. . It will develop strong muscles to perpare for  karate fight.  Black berry and blue berry juices can also be taken frequently.  
  •  These fruit juices will help  faster movements of the hands,  limbs and thighs to increase karate strokes. .  Aloe vera and amla will give the energy for  breaking the tiles and bricks in single strokes,

  •  Children before starting  practice should take carrot juice and beat root juices to produce fuel and carbo hadrates . Energy drinks like red bull , red grapes and some mineral waters  increase energy  for practicing  uninterrupdly.
  •   The tiredness of the kids during practice could be relieved quickly by drinking herbal water and nimboose .

  • Singing comes from throat and heart.Singing requires a little practice and training. In recent years, young old and even children are also  singing.
  • Singing also requires a little deep breathing. Exercises and clear vocal cord give ability to retain breath , long musical ragas and holding for longer minuites. 
  • People practicing western music and carnatic music will gain good health irrespective of age .As they go on singing they will develop peace of mind and high mental power .They will be able to tackle many a problem easily. 
  •  Singers will get relieved of BP, asthma and heart problems. Singers should always take powder of pepper ,lavangam and little cardomam for vocal cord reliefs .They can also drink hot milk with palm crystals ,pistha nuts ,kasa kasa and a little turmeric powder. 
  • Most of the musicians live a long life .A singer will become popular after practising for 1 to 2 years of duration.
  • Those  who are not good at studies are increasingly practicing this art now a days and getting huge money.Dancing equally contributes to sound health.Unlike singing people show great interest in dancing and developing it.
  • The dancing artist should also maintain some dietics. They should not do dancing with either empty stomach or with heavy food.They shuould take rich almond, walnuts and orange juice.
  • Those artist engaged in acrobatics and ballet dancing should practise some yoga to keep the body flexibile.People doing dancing will be relieved from over weight. obisity, rhumatism and arthritis to a grate extent.
  • Youngsters practising acrobatics may also grow taller.They can take corn soup, mushroom soup and ragi soup frequently. In between practice they can also take green apple and kiwi juices and green tea.

  •  Students after waking up from the bed in the mornings can take energy drinks and malted beverages insteadof taking tea or coffee..This will improve their memory power. They can also take hot soya milk. 
  • There are some fruits and vegetables available in the nature. We can take some of them as a pep. There are some special packed foods available. By taking  them the student feels energetic and answers the questions perfectly. 
  • The pupil can take breakfast made with rice, wheat, ragi and some grains like thinai cereal.They can also take chappathis and oats so that they could have crisp mind and memory. When going for writing examination  they can be given idlies ,idiyappams and putties for their breakfast and tiffin.This should be taken as early as it boiles out from steam. 
  • The pupil can also take lemon rice, curd rice with 1 cup of payru dhal .  After the completion of  food one can take lemon mint juice. Taking pistha and walnut could increase  memory power. They can also take amla jel with honey. Apple juice and mushroom soup may also help in writng exams. 
  • After every lunch and dinner, carrot, beans, ladies finger soups will be effective.One  should avoid junk foods or ice creams before going for examination. Drinking green tea frequently will avoid strain and tiredness during writing. 
  • Fruits like water melon, orange and grapes could give briskness and energy to brain.Milk shakes  can also give pep. By following the above said formulas the pupil will perform cent percent in their profession.

  • Most comedian actors in cinimas make long healthy life. The latest trend is that for people  who are willing to attend classes, there are classes conducted in parks, seashore and similar calm places. Laughing is the best medicine available by nature 
  • We should try to gather as many people  as possible to learn this art. This art keeps body and mind fresh and at peace. It is a sanjeevini or tonic for long life. 
  • Clapping hands frequently cures many heart ailments. Only mankind alone is able to clap and smile. People  fall in love frequently with people who smile and laugh. Gorgeous laughing drives away many illness. This is a preventive yoga. 
  • There are HUMOR CLUBS started ever where. In all nations people are finding it very useful. They will make you smile.  This habit of  laughing and clapping controls heart problems. BP, sugar etc. 
  • People are trained enough to laugh. Say ha ha ha ....... involving in burstout humor. It proves very vital in curing mental illness. The complaint of insominia and morose temperment will be controlled day by day by clapping hands. It will reduce  hypertension.

  •    It is very common when we mingle with many peeple, bad smell coming out of the mouth. Peeple find it averse  to talk with them But if you take  proper health care of the body and a dental care of the mouth, this could be avoided.
  • We should clean the teeth every time  we  eat or drink. Sprinkle  water and clean the dirt around the mouth.  Definitely brush 3, times namely morning ,evening and night. 
  • In order to arrest bad breath one can take a mixture of herbs ,i.e lemon juice 4 to 5 tea spoons ,camphor 1/4 tea spoon, salt 1/4 th and sugar 2 tea spoons.Make them into a smooth paste.            .Mix rose water(panneer).  Brush with this paste 2 to 3 times.Gargle with the paste and spit from the mouth. It will remove the yellow colour  of the teeth. This  makes teeth white like pearl.  Those who have teeth gap, with food particles unable to come out,  can very easily clean by washing with this solution.
  •  Take neem flour 25 gms, karuveppilai 25 gms ,omam 25 gms.      Heat them  in kadai with  a little salt added make this as a smooth powder .This can be chewed directly or mixed with rice in taking food. This will stop bad breath from the root of the dent .   This will also reduce acidity and indigestion. 
  • We can prepare a nice mouth wash.  Take 1 cup of water , boil with 4 leaves of thulasi, 4 leaves karuveppilai, 4 leaves pudhinhara. After a deep boiling switch of the heater.After 20 minuites gargle and spit the water from the mouth This not only cleans the stomach but also arrests bad breath. This is a very great mouth wash which is not available in medical shops.        
  •  Some times people with peptic ulcers could also have bad breath. If they take this procedure regularly, it can  heal peptic ulcers .Neem tooth paste , herbal powders made out of herbs, salt and coal powder will remove bad breath to a grate extent.
  • Thus we can have good personality of sweet talks  in speaking in public with pleasing speach.
