- Students after waking up from the bed in the mornings can take energy drinks and malted beverages insteadof taking tea or coffee..This will improve their memory power. They can also take hot soya milk.
- There are some fruits and vegetables available in the nature. We can take some of them as a pep. There are some special packed foods available. By taking them the student feels energetic and answers the questions perfectly.
- The pupil can take breakfast made with rice, wheat, ragi and some grains like thinai cereal.They can also take chappathis and oats so that they could have crisp mind and memory. When going for writing examination they can be given idlies ,idiyappams and putties for their breakfast and tiffin.This should be taken as early as it boiles out from steam.
- The pupil can also take lemon rice, curd rice with 1 cup of payru dhal . After the completion of food one can take lemon mint juice. Taking pistha and walnut could increase memory power. They can also take amla jel with honey. Apple juice and mushroom soup may also help in writng exams.
- After every lunch and dinner, carrot, beans, ladies finger soups will be effective.One should avoid junk foods or ice creams before going for examination. Drinking green tea frequently will avoid strain and tiredness during writing.
- Fruits like water melon, orange and grapes could give briskness and energy to brain.Milk shakes can also give pep. By following the above said formulas the pupil will perform cent percent in their profession.
