- When we eat more food than our normal level we get indigestion.
- It creates pain in the stomach,loose motion or vomitting.
- To release indigestion ginger juice or lemon juice+honey can be taken.
- Sukku water with pepper powder and jeeragam powder can also be used.
- Pappaya juice,pomogrenate juice or pine apple juice can be taken.
- Chewing of paan masala or chocltes or paan mixed with kasha khaira(Acacia Catechu) gives good relief.
