• Now -a-days where people opt for seats which are deep inside the painful 'Piles' occurs.Piles may be with or with out 'Fistula'. Such people can't pass motion easily. There will be severe pain.There will be burning pain in the inside portion of the anus.If pressurised the fistula may come out of the anus.
• People who eat fish,chicken,cow meat,spicy foods,green chilly,pepper,clove and other masla items get piles complaint.Those who use highly oily fried foods can also get piles.Soft cotton soaked in water mixed with antiseptic lotion should be used for wiping.Frequent washing of the anus portion is good.
• 'country pudhinhara' is available in forest areas. It is called in Unani system as 'HASH-MINT-WILDE-THYME' meaning pudhin hara. In take of the kashaayam of this plant 2-3 times a day is good. Piles will disappear completely. The plant sengottai eri muki should be should be burnt and the ash should be aplied on the fistula.
• Onion and garlic extracts 5-6 gms taken with food can be effective. 
• yogurt,cocunut water are good.Palm cola can be taken several times.Sarasaparilla,rose waterand gulkandu may also be very effective. Any of the above said medication will help in curing fistula and piles effectively.
