- Today lot of people young or old are having the problem of loss of memory and lack of concentration.

- Castor or olive oil should be applied on the head 1/2 hour before bathing in the morning.This helps to keep the head cool.
- Taking amla juice 2-3 times a day can increase memory power.The ayurvedic lehyam 'chavanaprash' contains lot of amla with other herbs.
- The vegetables carrot,lady finger and drum stick should be regularly taken in food.
- Pepper powder, sundaikai,sirukeerai and surakkai can increase memory power
- Chenna and other pulses are also good.
