- Now-a-days many people are affected by 'High Blood Pressure' and don't know how to get cured.
- If a person crosses B.P.110/90 or 120/90 then he is attacked by high blood pressure.If the B.P. is below 110/90 or120/90 then the person is said to have low B.P. The variations in this readings are indicated with the help of a B.P. instrument.
- Non vegetarian and highly salted salted food stuff should be avoided.The person should not have tension or anger. Pomogranate and goyya fruits can be taken 2 to 3 times a day.
- one or two pieces of garlic should be boiled with cup of milk and drank. This can reduce B.P. to a certain extent.Butter milk should be be taken frequently.Fatty foods may increase B.P. Peach and Lychi juices can be had.
- Eating strawberry and cherry can give good relief. Blackberry juice controls B.P. vendhayam along with fig can be taken to reduce B.P.
- vegetables cabbage,cauliflower and brocoli will reduce B.P. in the long run.Barli water can also be taken in the morning and night.
