- In the middle ages that is, after 35 years many people feel that their bones have become weak.It will lose its strength and vitality.The bones tend to break and create severe pain in their respective area of decaying.
- There will not only be decay in bone but also pain and normal life may be paralysed.This disease is called 'Osteo Porosis'.Employment nature with seats which are deep and lack of some nutrients may cause decaying of bones.
- Green pulses may act strongly.They should be taken 2 times daily as side dish.Double bean side dish is also good.Vitamin-K and Zinc act fast and make the bone strong.5 to 6 betel leaves can be taken both in the morning and evening with calcium.
- Green cauliflower and brocholi provide vitamin-k and zinc oxide which prevents bone decay.Salt consumption in food should be reduced. Drinking palm cola gives calcium for the bones
- curd,maize,onion play important role preventing decaying of bones.coconut water also gives strength to the bones
