- In our body, the Organ that keeps on working continuosly next to heart is the brain or mind. So,it is important that one's mind should be strengthened We should always take care of the brain which is so sensitive .It should be given top priority.
- It is the origin of many diseases.Now a days in the medical world the priority clinical check up is only the mind.In order to give treatment and medicine the study of mind is much more important.A seperate branch of medical treatment is available for people and they are called as psychiatric treatments.There are many herbs available for this as usual.
- There is one part of the brain called "Hippocampus" for strengthening the mind.This is available to the brain to secrete minerals magnesium,which is essential for the brain.This mineral is available in cabbage,cauliflower,and mushroom.
